With over 20 years of experience in education, I began my journey in 1996 at Conroe Christian School, teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten and later focusing on reading and phonics for early learners. After the school closed, I worked at Willis High School before returning to the classroom through Conroe ISD’s intervention program. Helping students build confidence and grow academically has always been my passion. I’m excited to bring that same dedication to the Ready. Set. Grow. team!

Hi, I’m Hannah Gordon! I’m an experienced educator with six years of teaching under my belt. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and am certified to teach Early Childhood through 6th grade. Teaching has always been my passion, and I’m committed to helping students grow, succeed, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
This past November, my husband and I welcomed our sweet daughter, Caroline, and becoming a mom has added even more joy to this season of life. I’m so excited to join the Ready. Set. Grow. team, where I can teach a Christ-centered curriculum and continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Hello all! My name is Madison Rogers. I am a SHSU alumnus. I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Early Childhood-6th grade in 2020. The following year, I completed my masters degree in Curriculum Instruction. I have taught at Willis ISD and virtually through K12 schools.
I am excited for this school year!

With over 10 years of experience in public education through Deer Park ISD, I’ve seen firsthand how students flourish in environments that are both nurturing and engaging. I hold certifications in 4–8 Generalist and K–12 Special Education, and I’ve had the opportunity to coach cheer at both the junior high and high school levels. While I enjoy all areas of teaching, middle school math has always been my favorite subject to teach. After recently stepping away to be a stay-at-home mom, my family and I are excited to now call Montgomery home. I’m a proud mom of three daughters and thrilled to return to the classroom as part of the Ready. Set. Grow. community — continuing my passion for helping students grow in heart and mind.
